CANCELLATION/ NO-SHOW POLICY
I understand that life sometimes brings unexpected changes, however, in order to accommodate my clientele and provide the most accurate information and booking slots, there will be a $25 non-refundable fee, if you choose to cancel your hair appointment 48 hour per my cancellation policy.

RETAIL SALES ARE FINAL

I may exchange any opened or unopened items within 14 days of purchase. I will suggest an alternative product tio meet your needs and the value of article returned will be applied toward new product. Cash or Credit back for returned item IS NOT AN OPTION. Retail returns can not be used as a future service credit neither.
This policy applies to appliance tools as well.

SERVICE SATISFACTION

I want you to love your hair! we all do, but if you are having any challenges with your color or haircut, please email me within 5 days of your visit and I will be happy to correct any reasonable issue at no additional cost.
Please be aware that if you are choosing to completely change the look, color or length of hair other that what we agreed upon at our consultation, the service adjustment is null, and the service will imply a new charge for services rendered.
